Author's Family Preventive Massage Program

3 practical consultations for adults

About the Program

My original educational method for family self-care, built on my understanding of fascial structure, trigger zone identification, and gentle targeted work.

This is a family education course, not professional massage training. Reading my book beforehand is recommended — it covers contraindications, fundamental techniques, safe pressure principles, and the foundations of fascia and trigger zone work.

Consultation 1 — Head, Neck & Upper Body Head, neck, shoulders, shoulder blades, and arms.

Consultation 2 — Back Thoracic spine and lower back, with trigger zone work, pressure control, and practical reinforcement.

Consultation 3 — Lower Body & Integration Glutes, legs, and feet — bringing all techniques together.

Author's Program for Parents: Infant Massage & Gentle Exercises

2 practical consultations for parents

About the Program

My original educational method teaching parents safe, gentle body care for their infant — rooted in developmental physiology and the role of mindful touch in nervous system development.

This is a parent education course, not medical or professional training. Reading my book beforehand is recommended — it covers massage basics, contraindications, safe touch principles, and instructional videos.

What's Included

Practice with a life-size silicone newborn model, guided practice with your baby, and step-by-step instruction. The course can begin before birth and continue after.

Consultation 1 — Infant Massage Basics Massage techniques, hand positioning, and reading your baby's cues. Parents leave with safe, confident massage skills.

Consultation 2 — Gentle Gymnastics & Motor Support Gentle gymnastics, motor reflex support, and preparation for rolling and stepping. Parents learn to confidently support their baby's physical development.

Safety & Goal

The program emphasizes contraindications and non-harmful practice throughout — helping parents feel confident, build a healthy physical connection, and support their baby's early development.

For Healthcare Professionals

The Sashora Method Parent-Led Infant Neurodevelopment Method is a parent training system that teaches gentle infant massage and guided exercises to support early development.
The method is based on principles of sensorimotor stimulation, observation of infant responses, and active parental involvement.
During consultations, parents learn safe techniques that help:
    •    improve muscle tone
    •    stimulate motor activity
    •    support nervous system development
    •    strengthen the emotional bond between parent and child.

The unique aspect of the method is that parents become active participants in their infant’s developmental process.
